Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. Walk-in freezer was < -18 C. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests during the inspection. Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
