- A pest control company has been onsite. Pest control report was available for review. - Areas with mouse droppings identified during the previous inspection have been cleaned and sanitized. Operator to monitor these areas daily, to check for ongoing/new pest activity. Also clean and sanitize areas as necessary. - Glue boards and mechanical traps are currently set-up in some areas of kitchen. *More live/mechanical traps are needed - set traps in both dry storage areas and by the back kitchen door. Also set traps around entire kitchen. - Ensure to continue with bi-weekly pest control services inside the facility until the issue has been resolved.
