Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 9, 2019 (Report MLOO-BGSV3F)

- Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected. Chlorine test strips have been obtained. Test the dishwasher twice per day to ensure sanitizer is at the correct concentration.
- Hand washing stations are properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- 200 ppm sanitizer is available. Ensure this is always available for food contact surfaces (1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L water).
- Food items in walk-in cooler are covered
- Carpets at the dishwashing area have been removed
