Routine inspection conducted: Facility is a duplex type group home: one side (1532 Coq Ave) is where food is prepared/cooked/served on the second level, and the other side (1530 Coq Ave) is where food is stored -All coolers on both sides at 4 deg C or less -All freezers on both sides at -18 deg C or less -General sanitation is good throughout; no signs of pests observed on either side -High temperature dishwasher on food prep side achieved 73.9 deg C after rinse cycle -Surface sanitizer (spray bottle with bleach solution) at 100 ppm chlorine residual -Permit posted -staff on site with valid FOODSAFE
