Reminder to provide adequate volume of 200ppm quats sanitizer to allow for full submersion of equipment and utensils. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle and container at front area. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk in cooler at 2-3 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -15 degrees C.
