Follow-up inspection conducted: Proper coding was observed at time of inspection. Gravy / Sauce and garlic sauce were being cooled in freezer (garlic sauce internally probed at -5C) All raw meat was stored on bottom shelves below ready to eat items in coolers. Cook Area was clean and free of grease and debris Thermometers available at all coolers Handsink was clear of obstructions and supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel.
