Observation: Coving along wall and floor behind 3 comp sink has been removed and has water damage to drywall - exposed inner wall
Corrective Action(s): Ensure wall is repaired and coving replaced. Operator says sink joint was leaking that caused the water damage. Leak has been repaired and drying of the exposed area underway. Repairs will be completed by end of June 2016.
