Routine Inspection conducted today. 2-compartment sink available and being shared as a handwashing sink. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71C final rinse temperature. Bulk chlorine available. Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. Stand-up cooler measured at 2.8C. Domestic cooler/freezer measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Chest freezer measured at -18C. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
