Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All coolers measured at or below 4C All freezers measured at or below -18C Hot holding (e.g., cooked bacons, soups, etc.) were measured at 60C or higher. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 77.3C at the plate level. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strip. Chlorine sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strip. General sanitation is excellent. Dry food storage is adequate. Routine pest control service in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
