Inspection and review of storage/racking addition to existing warehouse facility (unit # 110). Storage of packaging and food product . Note: Increase monitoring and clean up of painted wall behind racking shelves, especially at floor interface (wall opposite new unit expansion). Observed parts of wall cold, potentially subject to condensation. Possible mould observed in sections along bottom of wall. Ceiling fans installed to facilitate air movement and buffer gap created between racks and walls. Note: Wall damage observed. Repair wall and re-paint with appropriate paint product to facilitate effective and easy cleaning.
