Follow up inspection:

-200 ppm QUATS was available from the dispenser at the 2-compartment sink in the kitchen and two spray bottles. This dispenser is used to fill up QUATS spray bottles according to the Manager over phone.

-Dispenser in the mop sink closet was still dispensing less than 200 ppm QUATS. Do not use this dispenser to fill up sanitizer for sanitizing food equipment, food contact surfaces, prep. surfaces, or dining tables unless it is able to dispense 200 ppm QUATS. Post a note to advise staff to use the dispenser at the 2-compartment sink. If you wish to use this dispenser in the future for prep. surfaces/tables etc., then re-service/repair/replace it so that it dispenses at least 200 ppm QUATS and contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection.

-QUATS test strips were available on-site. Make sure the sanitizer concentration is checked regularly (e.g. each shift) and is used at 200 ppm as per the manufacturer's instructions.
