Follow up inspection:
-Over-the-counter cooler in the sushi bar was at 3.8 degrees C (at or below 4 degrees C) at the time of inspection.
-According to the technician's report, dust was removed from the condenser coil of the cooler.
-Sushi bar cooler was equipped with a thermometer.
-Please check cooler temperatures every 2 hours each day during hours of operation and make sure coolers are maintained at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
