-Coolers are below 4 degC.
-Freezer's below -18 degC.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is 77 degC at plate level.
-Handsinks are fully equipped.
-200ppm quats used to store wiping cloths. Timer is in use.
-Temperature log's being maintained.
-Sandwiches in the display case are discarded at the end of the night. They are for display purposes only.
-At least one staff on-site has FS level 1 equivalent certification.
-The old hot water tank has been replaced with a new one.
-Carbonation tanks have been removed from the premises.

IN THE FUTURE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RUNNING HOT WATER AT THE TAPS, YOU NEED TO CLOSE UNTIL THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
