QUAT sanitizer dispenser detected at 200 ppm and is now repaired. The concentration needed is between 200 to 400 ppm QUATs. Ensure the machine is mounted adequately and there is adequate supply for service. All equipment and utensils must be sanitized adequately to ensure a safe service. Note: Do not mix bleach and QUAT sanitizer as it will create a chemical reaction. Only use one kind in each container or sink and make sure it is labelled properly. Operator requested Punjabi translations for signs. EHO will drop off material at next visit. Education provided. Facility now in compliance.
