Observation: Presence of mice droppings noticed behind the deep freeze in dry storage room as well in the basement area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all mice droppings and throughly clean the floor in the dry storage room to remove all food debris and spilled flour.
2. Hire a licensed pest control company to do a through inspection, set up rodent IPM program immediatley. Submit the work order by fax to 604-14-6122. (by January 21, 2018)

Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a weather stripping underneath the door leading to the basement.
2. Clean and organize the basement storage area and remove any empty food containers or botttles etc.
3. Seal or patch any holes or cracks in the drywall throughout the premises.
4. Ensure to seal or patch any holes leading from the basement to the kitche areas upstairs.
5. Do not store any articles or food items on the floor. All items must be stored at least 1 foot off the floor.
