A routine inspection completed: - Walk-in-cooler was 2C; sandwich assembly cooler was 4C; front u/c cooler was 4C; drink cooler was 3C; walk-in-freezer was -23C; hot holding units 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in cloth bucket and 3-comp manually dishwashing sink had strength of 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. Walls below and behind the dishwashing sinks have food stains, but staff indicated that they are permanent stains. They have scrubbed the walls and could not remove the food stains. - No signs of pests. - Valid FoodSafe certified staff present, or they possess a recognized equivalent course. - FRP panels on the walls, in the back, have been secured and sealed so they are smooth, durable and cleanable. - Front u/c cooler is keeping food at 4C. This cooler can store perishable food items. - Valid health decal present. - All in order.
