Routine inspection:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available in santizer buckets **Ensure to routinely change solution if there is a build up of debris in the solution**
- Walk in and upright freezer were -18C or lower
- Walk in and preparation table coolers were 4C or lower
- Hot holding units were 60C or higher
- Ice machine was in good condition
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- Operator agree to repaint shelving in walk in cooler as it was peeling
