From Previous inspection: - Dry wall above food container storage has been repaired - Sliding door cooler is empty and not in use. Cooler to be replaced or repaired. Do not use unless it maintains <4C. - Temperature logs are in use and up to date at the time of inspection - No thawing was observed at room temperature, and employees noted that all foods are now thawed overnight in the walk-in cooler or under cold running water.
