Follow up inspection: The sandwich prep cooler has been repaired and the temperature is satisfactory. Sanitation condition of the kitchen has much improved. Continue to clean and remove clutter. Please ensure health standard is maintained to prevent enforcement actions from being taken in the future. Operator will be replacing the chest freezer with the broken lid which does not allow it to close tightly.
