Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Improper thawing observed during inspection.
Frozen Yogurt, Pesto, Chicken, Falafels out at room temperature thawing on floor. All packages were opened after delivery and products viewed by staff and items remained out of freezer/cooler unit.
Falafel found in cooler at 14 degrees Celsius as item had thawed on counter

Corrective Action(s): All frozen product placed back into cooler/freezer unit.
Ensure all food items are properly thawed in cooler unit.
