Observation: -Cooler unit is still >4C and therefore not in good working order; however, not in use. Technician was on-site repairing air conditioning unit directly above cooler as he reported it is likely impacting the refrigeration unit's ability to cool. Once the A/C unit is repaired, the cooler will be checked and adjusted/repaired.
Corrective Action(s): -Repair/adjust cooler and do not store food in unit until it is capable of maintaining cooler at 4C or below.

***Temperature readings had not been recorded for the morning. It is critical that temperature of foods are checked to ensure potentially hazardous foods are maintained at a safe temperature. Ensure food safety procedures and temperature monitoring is adhered to. Readings were taken/recorded by staff at the time of the inspection.
