Rodent droppings found on lower shelf of cutting board storage
Rodent droppings found in dry goods storage area - directly on top of canned food items, containers and inside food storage containers.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - areas immediately cleaned and sanitized with 200ppm QUAT based sanitizer solution. Food items contaminated by rodents removed for disposal.

These areas have high rodent activity and need additional treatment/trapping/monitoring etc.

Ensure dishes are not stored in space directly below hand soap dispenser or paper towel dispenser.
