-Note: Washer and dryer to be removed from the kitchen since they are no longer in use. Facility is currently doing take out only. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm bleach. General sanitation was satisfactory.
