Health permit valid and posted in prominent location. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) in 3rd comp sink measured 200 ppm. Sanitize (bleach) in bucket was at 100 ppm. -Avoid accidentally mixing the two different sanitizer. Walk-in cooler was at -19 deg C. Food and food-related items in the back were stored on shelves. Prep line coolers were stored at or below 4 deg C. Display cooler at 1-2 deg C. Freezer (for storing frozen fruits) was betwee, -12 to -14 deg C. Yogurt stored in ice well at 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Washrooms were in sanitary condition and general sanitation was in satisfactory condition at time of inspection.
