Routine inspection: Laser hair removal: 3 rooms Hand sinks in treatment rooms provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Treatment bed sheets and towels changed after each client. Laser hand pieces for all laser machines disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Laser machines are equipped with emergency on/off buttons and require a key for operation. Treatment rooms provided with laser warning signs. No mirrors in treatment rooms and reflective surfaces are covered during service. Client goggles are opaque and match the wavelenghts emitted by the laser machines. Client goggles are disinfected with PREempt CS20 solution (expiry Oct 2, 2024) after use. Microneedling: Microneedling pen covered with a single use sleeve during service. All needles are prepackaged and presterlized. Lot numbers in place and within expiry dates. Gel applied to face is a quantity for one time use. Facials: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Comedone extractor disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution after use. Lancets are single use. Sharps containers available for use. Cotton, gauze, tissue, etc. all single use. Hydrafacial solution is single use. Tips are also single use.
