Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manual slicer was found to have dried tomato on the blades.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Soft serve hopper was at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 1C and 4C.
-French fry and Nugget freezers were at -6C and -8C.
-Condiments stored at room temperature at time tracked. Items are discarded if not used within 2 hours.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer pail (bleach) was at 100ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and hot air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until September 22. 2025.
