Follow-up Inspection:

-no foods observed under sinks
-Ice machine cavity is clean and appears sanitized
-Dishwasher is being used throughout the day as per operator
-wet wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses >100ppm chlorine residual
-no workers observed with artificial nails/nail polish
-Daily Temperature/Concentration logs maintained
NOTE: for your high temperature washer you are checking the maximum final rinse temperature as per the thermostat (there is no chlorine residual) -you are looking for a minimum of >180 deg F -if this temperature is not reached for the cycle it needs to be serviced
-Operator to obtain more Chlorine Test Strips
