* The premises has been thoroughly cleaned to remove all food debris. No mice droppings noticed at the time of inspection. Operator has sealed the spaces underneath the wooden storage shelves as well as placed some glue traps. -No thumb tacks or push pins are used on the bulletin board.Good. -Worn out shelves have been replaced with new shelves which are non-absorbent and easy to clean. Good. Continue to monitor for evidence of new mice activity ( e.g. droppings). Ensure to keep the kitchen clean and free of any food spills or debris.
