Comments

- Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on November 18, 2022.
- The leaky hand sink has been repaired, and paper towel dispenser at this sink was working properly. Manager stated the faucet will also be completely replaced soon.
- Door to the drive-thru undercounter cooler now provides a proper seal, however the hinge to the door is still a bit loose. Temperature measured at 4C at time of inspection, however no potentially hazardous food items are currently being stored in this cooler as a precautionary measure. Manager stated this cooler will be replaced soon.
- All hand washing sinks were maintained in sanitary conditions at time of inspection.
- High-touch points were also noted to be clean and free of food debris/residue. Manager has instructed staff to sanitize high-touch points more frequently throughout the day.
- Deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas (corners, underneath/behind equipment) has been completed. Please ensure this is done at least once a week.
- A pest control company has been onsite for servicing of fruit flies/drain flies around the triple-sink area. No flies were noted at time of inspection. Please continue monitoring for activity, keeping the area clean and dry, and flushing drains.
- Bread is no longer being stored/transferred directly in cardboard boxes.

Thank you.
