Comments

Routine Inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
Freezers are -18c or below.
All foods are being bought from approved sources. Invoices are available.
Foods are being stored off the floor.
Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration in spray bottles.
Recommendation: Have a bucket of sanitizer with rags being stored in the sanitizer for each preparation area.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Cleaning is done on daily basis as per operator.
Pest control is in place.
No evidence of pest activity noted during time of inspection.
Employees onsite have foodsafe certification.
Laundry is available onsite. Laundry is done for all rags/uniforms etc. using hot cycles.
