Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Vegetable slicer contains visible food debris between the blades. Staff on site noted that vegetable slicer cleaned once every two weeks.

- Ensure vegetable slicer is cleaned after use or every 4 hours when in use. Vegetable slicer needs to be taken apart and each part needs to be washed /sanitize. Vegetable slicer cleaned during inspection.

- all handsinks equiped with hot/cold water , soap , paper towels. *replace battery in paper towel dispenser , in front handsink
* staff on site demonstrated incorrect manual ware washing procedures. Refer to manual ware washing sign
