Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] The following areas are observed with heavy food debris/grease build-up:
- All walls and floors behind and around the dishwashing sink and the cooking units
- All floors in the kitchen
No clean up has been conducted since the routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Remove large pieces of equipment and conduct a deep clean of the premise. Degrease, clean and sanitize aforementioned areas to remove food debris build-up. Submit photos to the health inspector once the premise has been cleaned. Conduct regular cleaning to prevent build-up. Failure to comply will lead to progressive enforcement.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] No staff member on site has FOODSAFE level 1 training or equivalent. FOODSAFE Level 1 trained manager arrived on site by the end of the inspection. No additional staff member has signed up for FOODSAFE training since the routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s): One additional staff member MUST apply for FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent and submit proof of application to the health inspector via email by the end of the day TODAY. Staff member must complete training within 3 weeks and submit copy of certification to the health inspector via email. Failure to comply will lead to progressive enforcement (e.g. tickets/closure/correction order).

Observations:
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer is available in labelled spray bottles (X2) and measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat is stored on bottom shelves away from ready-to-eat foods
- No signs of pest activity during inspection

- All outstanding violations MUST be corrected by the aforementioned dates. Failure to comply will lead to a follow-up inspection and/or progressive enforcement action (e.g. ticketing/closure/correction order)
