Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Food is stored off the floor and prepared food items are covered and labeled.
- Sandwich preparation table inserts at 2 to 4 degrees C
- Under counter cooler at 1 degree C
- Beverage cooler at 0 degrees C (ambient)
- Walk in freezer at -14 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Proper glove use and hand washing was observed to be in practice at time of inspection.
- Hot and cold running water, detergent, sanitizer, and three sink plugs available for manual ware washing
- Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer available at 200 ppm (labeled spray bottle and dispensing unit at three compartment sink). Quats test strips on site are within expiry.
- Utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition
- Scoops stored with handles outside of food product
- General sanitation excellent. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Temperature and sanitation logs are maintained and available for review.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate produced for verification expires in 2022. Note: Reminder to keep copies of all staff certificates on site for review.
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition
