Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough mixer and attachment have dried dough built-up and has been there overnight. Staff were informed and they washed and sanitized the item.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to wash and sanitize the mixer bowl and attachment before using and at the end of the shift, to avoid accumulation of pathogens
