Not in use at time of inspection Bar sink to be equipped with a soap dispenser, currently has paper towel and hot/cold running water 3 Comp sink in kitchen has soap and paper towel, 2 comp sink has paper towel Bleach on-site, provide posted instructions for those who use the kitchen to sanitize counters Before & After they use the kitchen. Sanitizer = 1 tbsp bleach for 4L water. Coolers <4C and equipped with thermometers No signs of pest activity at time of inspection General cleanliness is satisfactory Kitchen is currently used for: renters typically bring in catered food and use the kitchen for storage and/or reheat food. Kitchen is not being rented out to food processors.
