Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have any single use paper towels and front handwash station hot water tap does not work properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Back handwash station paper towels refilled at the time of inspection. While front handwash station is waiting to be serviced, used the back handwash station.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-front sauce cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -21C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Sink prepared with 100ppm bleach.
-Bleach sanitizer pails labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Staff member had valid FoodSafe Level 1 equivalent training (Exp 2024-03-21)
