Observation: 1. Noticed the coffee makig flasks stored too close the hand wash sink in the back of the house. There is no splash gaurd around the hand sink and this may lead to splashing on any utensils stored next to the hand sink.
2. No plexiglass cover observed on the stainless steel shelf above the glazer (glaze station).The shelf appeared dirty.

Corrective Action(s): 1.Install a splash guard especially on the lef hand side of the hand wash sink. ( By Feb. 10, 2019).
2. Clean the shelves above the glaze station thorouhgly and cover them with a plexi-glass cover ( By January 25, 2019)
