Observation: 1 cockroach noted in the trap placed underneath the 2-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Coordinated insecticide treatments have been done between mall management (for common areas), the restaurant owner, and other food vendors within the food court area to rectify the cockroach problem. On-going regular insecticide treatment will be needed to reduce and rectify the pest problem.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Raw burger patties are cooked in accordance with a timer system. Audited internal cooking temperature of a batch of regular raw patties. Internal temperature of the cooked product was greater than 71C.
Internal temperature of hot held foods (fried chicken, grilled onion, and burger patties) were greater than 60C internally.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm
Freezers at -10C.
General sanitation has improved from previous inspections.
All food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
