Routine Inspection Conducted

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -18'C
- Sandwich cooler inserts at 4'C
- Hot-holding unit at >60'C
- Under-counter prep cooler at front at 3'C

Reminder: temperature logs not maintained for yesterday evening shift and this morning shift. Ensure temperature logs are maintained as per food safety plan.

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations in service area and staff washroom adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATS test strips
- QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- Equipment observed in sanitary manner

3. Storage:
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method observed implemented (time stamps available on food containers)
- Dry storage area kept in good sanitary condition

4. Pests:
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

5. Administration:
- No signature required due to COVID
- Inspection report will be emailed to the operator
