Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station near the 4 door blast freezer were not equipped with paper towels.
Corrective action: Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser.
Health rationale: Adequate handwashing is facilitated by using hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels which prevents possible foodborne illness. Ensure all hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
