Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Soup is 82 degrees Celsius at time of inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Ensure temperature logs are being maintained daily.
Label spray bottle with bleach water. It currently measured a 100 PPM chlorine residual.
Finish the front service counter that holds dishware to provide a smooth and cleanable surface.
