Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C3ZP6H: - General sanitation has improved. Areas noted during the routine inspection have been cleaned. - Sauces were not stored near the handwashing station. Rice scoop stored in ice water. - Food contact surfaces appear to be in clean condition. - Mouse droppings were removed and areas cleaned/sanitized. Operator stated that a new seal will be installed at the bottom of the back door. - There was no pooling of water at the main oven. Staff informed that a broken pipe was replaced. - FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Ensure at least one FOODSAFE trained staff is working at all times. - Operator stated that the pop dispenser has been permanently removed. Block this area off.
