Corrective Action(s): Clean and provide the most recent pest control report. If the report is not from the last 2 weeks, they must come on site again.

Observation: Cleaning and organization required throughout the premises and in storage areas. Cleaning required to clean grease. Storage space is not being used effectively.

Observation: Many items stored on site that are not used for food premises operation. There is old, broken equipment stored on site (ice machine, warmers) and items that the operator stated aren't being used.
Corrective Action(s): Remove items not used for food premises operation from the premises by Tuesday.

As per Fraser Health's Progressive Enforcement Policy, further enforcement action will be required for non-compliance with the Food Premises Regulation and Public Health Act. This includes: the issuance of a Closure Order, Violation Tickets or the issuance of a Correction Order.
Major improvement needed.

Inspection notes:
Coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
