Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure faucet is secure and in good working order to facilitate easy use of faucet/sink for hand washing. Note: Hot and cold running water are available. Date to be corrected by: May 11, 2023.
2. Ensure an appropriate door seal (smooth, continuous, in good working order) is in place at the preparation cooler in order to help prevent escape of cold air and to facilitate proper cleaning. Date to be corrected by: May 18, 2023.

Routine health inspection.
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezer at -18 degrees C or less.
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more.
- Recently cooked food was tested for internal temperature (chicken wings). Internal temperature measured 78 degrees C.
- Ambient holding (e.g. prepared pizza dough) is time tracked.
- Probe thermometer available on site.
- Food is covered and stored off the floor.
- Hand washing stations (front and back of kitchen, staff washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink is set up for manual warewashing. Quats sanitizer available in third compartment (200 ppm). Hot and cold running water available.
- Designated sanitizing bucket containers quats sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- Stored equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
- Chemical storage away from food/utensils.
- Hair is restrained, hairnets in use.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs available and up-to-date.
- Permit posted.
