Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used shrimp cake iron pan were left on cooking line and grater also hung on wall.
Corrective Action(s): Have food equipment cleaned after use or at least placed in dish pit area ready to be washed. Both items sent to dishwasher for cleaning.

Observation: Fruit flies noted in new cooler in the back, in laundry closet and outside of backdoor.

*Note: new glass cooler replaced onsite due to glass shattering the night before. Ensure to place working thermometer inside and temperature can be kept at 4C or colder before use.
