Exposed wood wall in dry storage observed to be used to hang electronic mixers. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION. PICTURES TAKEN. Corrective Action(s): Seal aformentioned areas. Routine Inspection conducted today. Kitchen handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottles and dispenser at 200ppm. 2-compartment sinks available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine. Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, and undercounter bar coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Ice machine and meat slicer in sanitary condition. The following violation in previous report#JCHY-CSSQWH have been corrected: -Staff observed to be cleaning underneath the ice machine at the time of inspection. -Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition. -Underneath the glasswasher observed to be satisfactory. Staff informed it is cleaned daily at end of day. Overall, facility is well organized.
