Observation: Exposed wood shelving observed in dry storage area to house packaging, dried noodles in paper bags. Exposed wood wall in dry storage observed to be used to hang electronic mixers. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION. PICTURES TAKEN.
Corrective Action(s): Seal aformentioned areas. Contact surfaces must be non-porous and easily cleanable material. Corrected by: December 6, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Kitchen handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser at 200ppm. 2-compartment sinks available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, and undercounter bar coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Ice machine and meat slicer in sanitary condition.

The following violation in previous report#JCHY-CSSQWH have been corrected:
-Staff observed to be cleaning underneath the ice machine at the time of inspection.
-Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Underneath the glasswasher observed to be satisfactory. Staff informed it is cleaned daily at end of day.

Overall, facility is well organized.
