Observation: Dead mouse observed in the corner underneath the three compartment sink. Last pest control inspection conducted on Oct 12, 2022. Recommendation from the pest control inspection indicate to install door sweep at the back door. Pest control inspection is conducted on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the dead mouse. Use 1:9 bleach water dilution to sanitize the affected area. Follow the recommendation by the pest control and install door sweep. This may be an entry point of mice.

- Surface sanitizer available in designated red bucket at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
- Valid Operating Permit posted.

Temperature control:
- Walk in cooler = 1C
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Beverage cooler (front) = 3C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log available and kept up to date.
