Follow up inspection to corrections required:
1. New metal scoops purchased. Old damaged scoops replaced.
Ensure to keep up with replacing worn utensils and equipment when needed, ie old corn starch bin plastic lid.
2. Deep cleaning of required greatly improved. Premise is now sanitary.
Ensure to clean old dust build up in stand up cooler fans and shelving too, ie egg roll and eggs stand up cooler.
3. Light covers replacement complete. Last panel will be refitted and installed this week.
4. Dedicated hand washing station with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water available.
Ensure storage of hand paper towels are stored on dedicated shelving or area away from food products and equipment.
5. Mob sink hose bib not in use and not connected at the time of inspection.
6. Dish washer final rinse sanitizer level at 50 to 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. Daily checks and monitoring in place - good.

General sanitization greatly improved. Good work.

Facility now in compliance.
