*Ensure chicken is hot held by directly placing the chicken in the metal inserts to achieve temperature at 60 degrees C or higher.

Quats sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm in red sanitizer buckets and at the dispenser.
All freezing units were at or below -18 degrees C.
All cooling units were at or below 4 degrees C.
All hot held food items were at or above 60 degrees C
All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All temperature logs are maintained.
Tim hortons now shares the mop sink located within 7-Eleven facility. Good.
Pest monitoring is conducted by a licensed pest control company.
No signs of pest were observed at the time of inspection.
General sanitation is satisfactory
