Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Operator informed that 50ppm chlorine is required as sanitizer and spray bottle measured onsite was over 200ppm. No test strips.
Correction: Obtain test strips so you can verify that 100ppm chlorine is required for food contact surfaces.

Observation: Kitchen handsink had very little flow of water. Two compartment sink in the kitchen has adequate flow of hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
Correction: Please increase flow of water at kitchen handsink so staffs can wash hands adeuately. Please do so by follow up inspection.

Ceiling light replaced. Spray bottle labelled.
Reminder that food must be 6 inches stored off the floor.
Staff wearing closed toed shoes.
